Plating/Passivation:

Plating is a process that involves depositing a thin layer of metal onto the surface of a component to improve its appearance, corrosion resistance, and electrical conductivity. TNE International provides plating services, including options such as nickel plating, chrome plating, zinc plating, and more, to meet our clients' specific functional and decorative requirements.  Passivation is a chemical process used to remove contaminants and improve the corrosion resistance of stainless steel components. TNE International offers passivation services to ensure that our stainless steel parts meet the highest standards of cleanliness and durability in corrosive environments.

VCI Corrosion Packing Systems/CR Oil:

TNE International provides VCI (Vapor Corrosion Inhibitor) corrosion packing systems and CR (Corrosion Resistant) oil application services to protect components during storage, transportation, and long-term preservation. These methods help prevent corrosion and maintain the integrity of the parts until they are ready for use.
